Do you ship overnight and 2nd Day?
Sure – we just don’t have that option available on the site, because we found that customers chose the option without realizing how expensive it was to ship overnight and 2nd day.

Is Your Site Secure?
Yes, We have a secure 256 bit encryption on all orders placed.

Do you have an exchange policy?
Sure, the policy is there for any of our customers that have bought a product in the wrong size or have made mistake in placing an order.   Call us for a return authorization before you ship back to us

If I’m in the Chicagoland Area, Can I stop by the store?
It’s not a retail store.  Just a warehouse.  We don’t always have someone there. Especially on the weekends because we’re always at so many events.  So call for an appointment and we’ll make sure someone is there to help you.

What Are Your Store Hours?
You can call us 24/7.  If we’re not at the warehouse, than the phone is forwarded to either Mark or one of our salespeople.  Don’t forget that we have customers all over the world, so we can’t just work a standard 9 to 5.

Why Don’t You Stock Much Point Karate Gear?
Unfortunately, we’re asked that question all day, every day.  Let me tell you a story.  The day that we gave up the Karate Circuit was the day that a 10 year old, 2nd degree blackbelt, who was a world champion (of-course!) came to one our booths at a tournament.  He wanted to be sponsored.  When we told him that we didn’t recognize his name (surprise!), he brought his dad who proceeded to curse us for our ignorance.  That was the last straw.  We really haven’t stocked point karate gear since!

Now for you folks who don’t know why that would be upsetting….GET THE HELL OFF MY WEBSITE.  GO TO CENTURY or AWMA. YOU DON’T BELONG HERE!

Black Belts for 10 yr old kids?  That means that Mom and Dad bought those belts from a McDojo whore of an instructor!  “World Champions” who compete 2 or 3 times per year in local tournaments?  Give me a break.  Don’t let the escape key kick you in the ass!

You Guys Aren’t Very Smart When 80% of All Martial Arts Students are under 16 years of age!
I understand the market.  But you must understand that we make no apologies for developing quality full contact fight gear!  Kids that are point fighters do not train in premium gear.  Not to mention that most parents don’t understand why they need to spend more than $25 on a headgear.  That’s why cheap dipped foam products are so popular. 

So here’s the deal.  I love kids.  I love parents who want their kids to experience hybrid martial arts.  I love parents and kids that are interested in Muay Thai, Grappling, Boxing and MMA.  So if you’re one of those people, this site is for you.  If you’re ready to take the NextMove in your training, than you’ll shop here. 

However, if you’re looking for gear that will help you execute a cheerleader routine while you’re wearing sparring pads, than, I repeat, Don’t let the escape key kick you in the ass!

Do You Sponsor Fighters?
Yes and No.  We do not sponsor individual fighters. We will help gyms sponsor fighters.  What does that mean?  Well, we get so many calls that it’s impossible to sort thru the posers and the real fighters.  So this is what we do on a very informal basis.  When our best wholesale customers call us (gyms and schools) and let us know of some deserving fighters working their way up, we will, at times, help the gym by providing equipment.  Bottom line is that we let the people we know and trust, make those decisions and they contact us.
