Who do promoters bring up again and again when they're looking for a quality camp with outstanding NHB fighters? Well, the smart ones make a call to little Canton, Illinois located somewhere between Macomb and Peoria. • Phil Johns(30-11-1) – Phil's titles include – Submission Fighting Champion, Ironheart Crown Champion, Extreme Challenge Champion, and Hook And Shoot Absolute Lightweight World Champion. Additionally, Phil takes on fights around the country and is next scheduled to go up against Hermes Franca in Atlantic City on October 13th.

• Bob Long – One of the most highly regarded trainers in Illinois, Bob manages several champions ‘training' at the Silverback camp. As a testament to Bob's commitment and reputation within MMA circles, he has always been sought after by promoters to act as a ring official and has ref'd over 250 bouts.

• Jimmy Bruketta (20-7-1)– A very tuff fighter who has earned the respect of opponents nationwide, Jimmy recently captured the 135-pound title at Total Combat Challenge in Hammond, Indiana, with a rear-naked choke in the first round.

• Derrick Noble –The current SBC Welterweight champion and a former Toughman Champion, You'll be seeing much more of Derrick in the years to come.

I've seen this crew many times over the past year and have always been treated to some great fights – including that great battle between Phil and Antoine Skinner at the last Silverback's event in Ottawa. IL.
